📋 Description

• Assist in building and leading the bank’s Capital Markets Whole Loan Trading platform • Provide analytical and operational support for the bank’s Secondary Whole Loan Trading business • Lead day-to-day Loan Trading operations and reporting • Assist in evaluating, structuring, and executing structured finance transactions, including securitization, whole loan sales, and forward flow agreements • Assist with execution involving investment banks, insurance companies, hedge funds, credit funds, and private institutional investors • Develop and enhance relationships with capital sources, institutional investors, rating agencies, and law firms • Prepare investor due diligence information • Design, build, and scale the operational framework for the Whole Loan Trading platform • Assist the Capital Markets Data Analytics team with financial models for asset performance and pricing • Manage communication and due diligence requests from capital market partners • Develop and maintain investor reporting, surveillance, dashboards, and Monthly Business Reviews • Develop and update marketing materials for prospective investors • Create and maintain investor databases and transaction comparables • Identify and implement best practices for Capital Markets reporting and operational and credit risk management • Assist with third-party Capital Markets financial and operational audits • Support the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Capital Markets on assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field • 0–2 years of experience in Whole Loan Acquisitions / Divestitures, Debt Capital Markets, Structured Finance, Specialty Lending and/or Investment Banking • Recent college graduates will be considered • Working towards an MBA and/or CFA is a plus • Outstanding communication skills and ability to articulate investment merits to potential capital partners • Verbal and written communication skills • Critical thinking skills • Attention to detail
