📋 Description

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to monitor the performance of Angi’s sales organization • Review business, staffing, and turnover trends and develop forecasting models to determine optimal staffing and hiring levels across Angi’s sales teams • Design and implement sales commission plans aligned with company goals and market competitiveness • Analyze sales performance and compensation data to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends and gaps, and recommend adjustments • Develop models to calculate the profitability of sales rep activity and recommend ways to optimize sales performance • Build analytics plans to support A/B testing, evaluation, and launch of new sales strategies, tools, and processes • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) • 6+ years of analytical experience in an e-commerce, marketplace, or home services-related field • Strong proficiency in SQL • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Python or R • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker • Ability to build complex analytical models and forecasts in Excel and Google Sheets • Experience analyzing and making recommendations to sales and commission plans for a large sales organization • Experience leveraging AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cortex Code) for automation and daily workflow efficiency • Experience with headcount planning and sales organization support analytics preferred • Proven ability to develop and apply predictive models to enhance sales performance • Strong communication skills to present complex data to cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment • Experience in coaching or mentoring junior team members
