📋 Description

• Manage HB Claims application(s)/module(s) of Epic with little or no supervision • Collaborate with counterparts from other applications to meet development and implementation objectives • Understand and document current workflows and propose optimized future workflows • Present system enhancement opportunities and creative technical solutions • Identify, propose, build, and demonstrate application configuration prototypes • Perform ongoing maintenance and configuration updates to Epic applications • Create test scripts, timelines, and plans for application and workflow changes • Test clinical information system configuration and processes across applications • Coordinate and participate in requestor and user testing • Provide tier-two end-user support remotely and in person • Monitor, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incoming tickets • Liaise between users and vendors and coordinate system fixes and changes • Coordinate deployment of application changes with training and operations teams • Serve as project lead for key initiatives and perform assigned project management duties • Develop, document, and follow internal procedures • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to work independently and successfully execute multiple assignments simultaneously in a complex environment • Advanced critical and analytical thinking proficiencies • Excellent verbal and written communication and follow-up skills • Demonstrated advanced troubleshooting competencies • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Bachelor's Degree is required • Minimum of five (5) years of directly related Epic experience • In-depth knowledge of software development/build lifecycles • Epic HB Claims certification must be maintained per Epic Corporation standards
