📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and achieve strategic business opportunities through warehouse lending and new capital markets structured finance initiatives • Optimize the bank’s balance sheet and improve the company’s financial performance • Provide analytical and operational support in managing the bank’s warehouse lending business • Lead day-to-day warehouse lending operations and reporting, including preparing advance/paydown requests and reviewing borrowing base and compliance reporting • Review warehouse lending term sheets and legal documentation, assess deal risk and return metrics, prepare deal approval write-ups, and present to the Executive Credit Committee • Develop and execute controls, mitigation plans, testing, and oversight for the warehouse lending business • Perform and present periodic reviews on existing warehouse lending deals • Identify and implement best practices related to warehouse lending reporting and operational and credit risk management • Lead warehouse lending performance reporting and credit risk management oversight • Assist with third-party warehouse lending financial and operational audits • Support structured finance transaction due diligence, financial modeling, risk management, and legal documentation • Perform detailed financial analysis and assist in building complex transaction models for new and existing warehouse-structured finance transactions • Support the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Capital Markets with assigned tasks • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field • Working towards an MBA and/or CFA is a plus • 0–2 years of experience in Warehouse Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Structured Credit, Specialty Lending and/or Investment Banking • Recent college graduates will be considered • Verbal and written communication skills • Critical thinking skills • Attention to detail
