📋 Description

• Gather, analyze and document user requirements, procedures, and/or problems to improve existing systems • Collaborate with business partners to develop solutions and correct system deficiencies • Test solutions to ensure optimal system functionality • Monitor integrated system interfaces for errors and address as necessary • Draft & publish instructional materials and provide system training • Directly support resolution of all software related problems with the purchasing à transportation interfaces • Support suppliers with the OASIS portal and all associated vendor applications

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree preferred in Business Management, Information Technology, Global Supply Chain OR Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience OR Associate's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience OR High School Diploma and a minimum of 6 years of experience • Proficiency in MS Office Suite • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external customers • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with all levels of management and individual contributors • Willing and able to travel on short notice • Willing and able to occasionally work outside of normal business hours (including weekends and shutdown) when necessary • Proficiency in SAP S4 with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the following basic areas: Supply Chain, Operations, Visibility
