📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison for customers regarding changes, enhancement requests, maintenance, communications, and strategic direction related to Accounts Payable and Procure to Pay across SAP S/4 environments, OpenText, and VIM/Business Center Workplace • Support project work including planning, test development and execution, security design, documentation, change management, implementation, and go-live activities • Participate in defining, implementing, and optimizing automated systems and processes • Support special projects • Work with business process experts and SAP S/4 analysts on cross-functional projects • Provide systems support for month-end accruals, audit responses, and interface integrations • Support after-hours maintenance and upgrades and provide on-call support as needed • Support OCR abort resolution and troubleshoot related issues • Address technical problems of increasing scope and complexity for Procure to Pay systems • Monitor metrics and identify, recommend, and execute process improvements • Collaborate with technical administrators on system performance and process maintenance • Investigate and resolve authorization issues with the SAP S/4 security team and recommend security setups • Prepare application specifications, gather requirements, recommend solutions, and oversee testing, implementation, and ongoing operations • Facilitate meetings, drive communication and strategic direction, support resource planning and team coordination • Provide knowledge transfer and lead collaboration with business process experts

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, 3 years with a master's degree, or 1 year with a PhD • Experience participating in SAP S/4 lifecycle implementations and/or production support • Strong Microsoft 365 Suite skills, including Microsoft Excel, Access, OneNote, and Visio • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, written, and oral communication skills • Strong SAP S/4 Accounts Payable expertise, including configuration, Fiori, data extraction/validation, and integration touch points • Deep understanding of API processes and FAR/GAAP/CAS/SOX requirements • Experience analyzing, configuring, testing, and implementing enterprise systems, including SAP, OpenText Enterprise Scan/OCR/VIM, ADR, Fiori, and Redwood • Experience troubleshooting in a large SAP-centric ERP architecture • Proven project management and SAFe experience • Ability to manage and coordinate system configurations, automated processes, and technical activities end-to-end • Skill in preparing application specifications, gathering requirements, recommending solutions, and overseeing testing, implementation, and operations • Ability to act as a liaison between technical teams and business/sector customers • Ability to facilitate meetings, drive communication and strategic direction, support resource planning and team coordination • Ability to work with SAP security on authorization issues • Ability to independently manage workload and lead collaboration with business process experts • Excellent verbal and technical written communication and relationship-building skills • U.S. citizenship may be required for government-clearance and certain restricted positions
