📋 Description

• Directly supervise and manage delegated staff • Lead a team of approximately 10 direct reports supporting procurement activities across multiple divisions • Manage source selection, price analysis, negotiations, and risk management • Identify and communicate risks and opportunities • Manage the supply base by evaluating supplier delivery, quality, and cost performance • Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships • Supervise release of RFQs for LTAs and high-dollar requisitions • Execute negotiations of LTAs and high-dollar contracts • Identify opportunities for cross-divisional strategies • Build and develop a geographically diverse remote team • Align team goals with Sector and Division objectives • Plan schedules and arrange activities to accomplish objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals, procurement, subcontracts, contracts, resource planning or accounting; OR Master’s Degree with 3 years of experience in these areas; OR High School Diploma/Equivalent with 9 years of experience in these areas • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team, process, and/or projects • Procurement or Subcontracts experience • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance and Program Special Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company • Proficiency in procurement processes, including source selection, price analysis, negotiations, and risk management • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Ability to identify and communicate risk and opportunity • Understanding of established processes and procedures • Ability to align team goals to Sector and Division objectives • Ability to plan schedules and arrange activities to accomplish objectives • Preferred: 2 years of experience leading a team, process, and/or projects and interacting with multifunctional roles/departments • Preferred leadership and people management skills • Preferred budgeting experience and EVM knowledge • Preferred understanding of engineering/technical requirements • Preferred thorough knowledge of supply chain management • Preferred pre/post-award management knowledge • Preferred familiarity with Government and Commercial procurement regulatory requirements • Preferred policy and procedure interpretation and change management experience • Preferred knowledge of FAR, DFAR, ITAR, and Export regulations • U.S. Citizenship is required for positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions
