• Own supplier price management end to end • Track market and raw material cost drivers • Analyze supplier increase letters and index data, recommend positions, and negotiate • Engage suppliers and upstream supply chains to negotiate cost reductions • Manage stakeholders across Planning, QA, R&D, and Marketing • Support can sourcing strategy as the company grows across Latin America • Manage corrugate pricing, promotions, configurations, and cost requests • Build cost models, price lists, and variance reviews • Support custom molding solutions for bottle conversion projects • Travel up to 30% to suppliers and contract manufacturers in the US, Mexico, and Brazil
• 3–7 years in strategic sourcing or procurement for direct materials (packaging, components, or raw materials) • Contract manufacturing experience on either the client or supplier side • Hands-on experience with plastics: resin, bottles, injection or blow molding • Track record of managing supplier pricing with data, negotiating increases and reductions • Strong Excel skills and ability to work through detailed cost data • Critical thinking and curiosity • Collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships across functions • Must be able to work in the United States; this position does not offer visa sponsorship • Bonus points: can or metal packaging, corrugate, Power BI, Microsoft D365, international sourcing
