📋 Description

• Support medium to large change management efforts involving people, process, and technology implications • Apply PROSCI change management processes and tools • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption, improve organizational performance, and increase operational efficiencies • Integrate change management activities into project plans • Provide subject matter expertise, coaching, and guidance to assigned teams • Conduct change management assessments, including impact analysis, change readiness, and stakeholder identification • Develop appropriate plans and countermeasures • Identify, assess, and prepare risk mitigation tactics, including plans to manage anticipated resistance to change • Partner with stakeholders and team members to coordinate efforts and achieve objectives • Identify communication and training needs and work with key partners to develop plans • Define success metrics and monitor progress against goals across the change management portfolio • Recommend enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required plus a minimum of 8 years of experience in change management, organization effectiveness, digital transformation consulting, and enabling large-scale business transformation initiatives OR Master’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in these areas • Prior experience supporting medium to large change management efforts at a large company • Practical experience in organizational design and change management principles, methodologies and tools • Strong understanding of how people work, including a human centered design approach, with deep implementation experience • Practical experience managing projects and serving as the change management subject matter expert on project teams • Project Management experience • Ability to collaborate, lead, and build rapport across all levels of the organization, including C-level executives • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint • Change Management certification highly desired, such as Prosci or another CM designation • Previous experience in Aerospace & Defense or a large consulting firm with deep implementation experience is preferred • U.S. citizenship may be required for government clearance and certain other restricted positions
