📋 Description

• Engage with internal customers to understand and define application/utility needs and requirements • Participate constructively in a collaborative work environment with other development team members • Support the design, build, test, analysis and documentation of new and existing sector-wide applications and utilities

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in Software Development, Information Systems, or comparable/equivalent • Intermediate understanding of software development concepts, principles, techniques, and theories (algorithm development, data structures, Object Oriented Programming) • Moderate experience with relational databases and Structured Query Language (SQL) • Moderate experience with C#, HTML, CSS, JS, .NET (Web App Development) • Experience with Agile development cycle/concepts • Ability to perform scope of work with general supervision • Self-motivated, organized, possess strong interpersonal, analytical, communication and presentation skills • Ability to interact effectively with a variety of management/leadership levels
