📋 Description

• Provide project leadership for facets of the Defense Intern Program, including planning, facilitation, and process improvement • Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to ensure a positive internship experience and promote intern conversion to full-time openings • Lead Defense Sector hiring events and develop their strategic vision • Lead training and development for new Defense University Relations and Recruiting team members • Develop creative strategies to identify, attract, and hire top candidates • Share recruiting best practices with team members • Collaborate with Enterprise and Sector University Relations and Recruiting teams at focus-university events • Collaborate with leaders and key partners to streamline and improve the candidate experience • Lead Sector demand planning and develop, analyze, and share University Relations and Recruiting metrics • Develop and implement process improvements • Represent Northrop Grumman, its brand, and products professionally • Consult with internal and external customers, students, university partners, hiring managers, and leadership • Provide leadership and support for strategic and operational University Relations and Recruiting initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related professional experience; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • Recruiting experience, including significant experience in college and university engagement • Experience leading full project lifecycles, including organization, prioritization, scheduling, and communications campaigns • Ability to influence hiring managers, executives, and/or cross-functional leaders through storytelling with data and analytics • Experience in strategy development and project management • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time • Preferred: experience implementing long-term strategic initiatives • Preferred: ability to consult with and influence stakeholders • Preferred: experience in internship program management • Preferred: experience supporting strategic partnerships with business stakeholders • Preferred: experience managing teams
