📋 Description

• Manage, prioritize and complete multiple service calls dispatched by the GN Maintenance Manager • Perform general repair and maintenance in a safe and efficient manner • Maintain a high level of professionalism • Respond to urgent maintenance calls during non-business hours • Service car washes located throughout New England • Maintain car wash equipment, HVAC systems, air compressors, tire inflation units, commercial car vacuum cleaners, and interior and exterior lighting • Coordinate with the GN Maintenance Manager on call prioritization and maintenance supply ordering

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required • Experience in construction trades or facility management position • Familiarity with Hydraulics/Plumbing, pneumatics and beginner electrical • Valid driver’s license with good driving record • Ability to independently carry out listed duties and responsibilities • Ability to manage, prioritize and complete multiple service calls • Flexibility to respond to urgent maintenance calls during non-business hours • Available 7 days a week with a rotating, on-call schedule every 3 weeks • Must supply own hand tools • Time management skills with ability to manage several tasks simultaneously • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications utilized by Nouria Energy
