📋 Description

• Manage, prioritize and complete multiple service calls • Perform general repair and maintenance in a safe and efficient manner • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times • Service car washes located throughout New England • Maintain car wash equipment, HVAC systems, air compressors, tire inflation units, commercial car vacuum cleaners, and interior and exterior lighting • Respond to urgent maintenance calls during non-business hours • Coordinate with the GN Maintenance Manager for call prioritization and maintenance supplies

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required • Experience in construction trades or facility management position • Possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record • Available 7 days a week (rotating, on-call schedule every 3 weeks) • Must supply own hand tools • Time management skills with ability to manage several tasks simultaneously • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications currently utilized by Nouria Energy • Familiarity with Hydraulics/Plumbing, pneumatics and beginner electrical • Flexibility to respond to urgent maintenance calls during non-business hours
