📋 Description

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from concept to production • Define critical technical strategy across products and platform • Mentor engineers and establish best practices • Architect and build enterprise-grade APIs • Establish patterns for platform-level web and mobile features • Launch complex integrations with critical data suppliers • Shape strategic direction and productionize complex data models • Define and evolve core platform architecture for scalability • Lead complex initiatives end-to-end and translate ambiguity into actionable milestones • Influence and implement the technical roadmap and strategic direction • Strengthen engineering culture through open dialogue, feedback, and mentorship

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including high-growth or early-stage startups • Deep fluency in modern software technologies and architectural patterns • Ability to quickly learn and ramp into the company’s tech stack • Ability to define clarity and drive solutions through highly complex and ambiguous challenges • Ability to influence and communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership • Experience with Node.js, React, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS
