📋 Description

• Support the Nevada DMV Salesforce Modernization Program through manual and automated quality assurance testing • Review business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for test coverage • Develop, execute, and maintain manual test plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts • Perform functional, integration, system, regression, end-to-end, exploratory, and user acceptance testing • Validate end-to-end business processes across Salesforce and integrated applications • Identify, document, prioritize, track, and verify software defects • Support production validation and post-deployment activities • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, Salesforce Administrators, Vendors, and business stakeholders • Maintain testing documentation, traceability, test evidence, and QA artifacts • Provide status updates on testing progress, risks, issues, and recommendations • Serve as QA Lead in the absence of the designated QA Lead • Develop, execute, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing • Create reusable automation components and regression suites • Analyze automation results and troubleshoot failures • Coordinate testing across project teams and releases • Prepare status reports, test summaries, defect reports, regression reports, and production validation results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum five (5) years of software quality assurance experience supporting enterprise applications • Minimum three (3) years of manual functional testing experience with enterprise applications • Experience developing test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts • Experience with functional, integration, system, regression, end-to-end, exploratory, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Experience validating complex business processes across integrated systems • Experience identifying, documenting, prioritizing, and tracking software defects through resolution • Experience reviewing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Experience supporting Agile Scrum methodologies • Experience using test management and defect tracking tools • Minimum one (1) year of automated test script development, execution, or maintenance experience • Ability to troubleshoot automation failures and distinguish application defects, environmental issues, test data issues, and script failures • Understanding of reusable automation components and automation best practices • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) preferred; comparable enterprise automation tools considered • Preferred experience with Salesforce testing, Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Copado DevOps, Salesforce integrations/API testing, Azure DevOps, Jira, SQL, ISTQB CTFL, and state-government modernization initiatives
