📋 Description

• Develop quality assurance criteria with stakeholders to support the claims process • Review and monitor quality assurance reviews across commercial/business auto lines • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards • Conduct complex analyses of processes, documentation, and controls • Support state-requested regulatory quality reviews • Identify and support effective, solution-oriented resolutions • Work independently and collaboratively with teams • Learn and apply technical and procedural information • Maintain required state insurance department licenses

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial auto casualty, cargo, or hazmat claims experience • Previous claim handling experience acceptable if currently in an analyst role • Exposure across multiple claim types preferred • Must attain and maintain required licenses issued by state insurance departments • Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation, including seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to multitask • Ability to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information • Effective verbal and written communication • GEICO will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
