📋 Description

• Perform holistic tabletop security architecture reviews across OT environments, covering technical and non-technical risk without high-risk manual or automated activity • Analyze sensitive, legacy networks for negative impact, high risk, and single points of failure • Adapt review depth and approach to each client's operational realities • Identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses across ICS, SCADA, and field-device environments • Assess legacy and sensitive networks where conventional testing carries unacceptable operational risk • Distinguish theoretical from operationally relevant risk and prove impact where appropriate • Support OT clients with security program improvements and identify critical controls • Refine testing scope collaboratively as engagements progress • Translate technical findings into actionable guidance for technical and leadership audiences • Contribute to Packetlabs' OT testing methodology and practice maturity • Stay current on OT threats, attack techniques, and defensive controls • Share knowledge with the broader team and strengthen collective capability

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in Texas or Florida • Graduate of an Information Security or Computer Science degree program • 3+ years of experience assessing or operating within OT, ICS, or SCADA environments • Strong understanding of operational constraints distinguishing OT testing from IT testing • Excellent communication skills for conveying risk to technical and non-technical audiences • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently in unfamiliar or highly specialized environments • Professional qualifications preferred: GICSP, GRID, GCIP, CSSA, CACE, CISSP, or OSCP
