📋 Description

• Facilitate Business and IT Strategic Planning with senior leadership, Business Relationship Managers, and subject matter experts • Create IT strategies, technology standards, and implementation guidelines • Plan and lead proof-of-concept initiatives using emerging technologies • Analyze business requirements, market trends, and technology options; provide recommendations to senior leadership • Maintain a holistic view of organizational strategy, processes, information, and technology assets • Provide architectural guidance for new projects and ensure alignment with technical, application, and enterprise standards • Support modernization and Cloud Smart Strategy execution, RPA, AI/ML, Virtual Assistants, and Generative AI initiatives • Provide strategic consultation to assigned lines of business • Provide architectural input and technical consultation for project implementation • Participate in business opportunity identification, innovation portfolio development, and enterprise architecture development • Create business, information, application, and technical architecture models • Assess business priorities and develop alternative technical solutions with associated risks, costs, benefits, and impacts • Conduct informal learning sessions on strategies and emerging technologies • Collaborate with IT functional areas and keep business and technology stakeholders informed of project status and issues • Facilitate cross-line-of-business enterprise solutions • Collaborate with the enterprise program management office on project status, issues, risks, and benefits reporting • Work primarily with one or more business units while providing backup support to others

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information systems or related discipline, or equivalent and extensive related project experience • 5–7 years of experience in IT • Minimum of 2 years’ Enterprise Architecture experience • Minimum of 2 years’ Solution Architecture experience • Technical experience leading AI implementations including Generative AI, RPA, and Virtual Assistants • Experience providing EA Governance for Cloud modernization efforts • Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments • Solution Architecture experience using AWS, GCP and/or Azure ecosystems for AI and Robotic Process Automation technologies such as UI Path • Ability to develop strategic technology plans and roadmaps, business capability models, and customer journey maps • Ability to present and communicate business and technical concepts • Ability to lead and conduct emerging technology analysis initiatives • Experience leading technology solutions and architectures impacting critical business areas • Strong leadership and negotiation skills with business and technical groups • Strong analytical, conceptual, consultative, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated technology skills across multiple IT domains, including application, security, and infrastructure • Strong customer relationship and trust-building skills • TOGAF Certification preferred • Enterprise Architecture experience using ABACUS EA tool preferred • Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Lucidchart, Visio, Avolution ABACUS, and SharePoint
