📋 Description
• Collaborate with management to set quarterly revenue & agency appointment goals and own the success of those goals. • Engage with retail brokers to introduce them to Novella, and develop long term relationships growing Novella’s submission pipeline. • Use Novella’s system to help retail brokers find coverage by submitting quotes to carriers and managing the whole process from submission to bind. • Negotiate competitive quotes with markets
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years managing broker relationships at a national or regional level in the wholesale E&S market. • Active P&C and surplus lines license (ideally country wide, but not required). • In-depth knowledge of commercial E&S markets and coverage - specifically commercial property and general liability. • Someone flexible who understands every day at an early stage startup is like a decade in the corporate world.
