📋 Description

• Manage the credentialing and recredentialing process for providers • Collect, verify, and maintain required credentialing documentation • Prepare and submit initial and reappointment credentialing applications for providers • Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely renewals of licenses, certifications, and contracts • Maintain accurate credentialing records in credentialing databases • Serve as the primary point of contact for credentialing-related inquiries from providers, facilities, CVO/MSO offices • Track application status and follow up with outstanding documents for applications • Maintain working relationships with MSO and CVO partners to facilitate efficient credentialing processes, resolve issues, and communicate about the credentialing process

🎯 Requirements

• Residence in Arizona, Texas, Tennessee, New Hampshire, Florida or North Carolina • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required • 3-5 years of facility credentialing experience • Experience working with healthcare facilities, CVO/MSO offices • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively • Proficiency with credentialing software, databases, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Team player
