📋 Description

• Work with investors to acquire and sell properties • Provide expert guidance on contracts, terms, and market conditions • Use Skyslope, Follow Up Boss, and other CRM technology to manage leads and close deals efficiently • Collaborate with the team while working independently • Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Active Real Estate License in Washington • Passion for real estate • Experience working with investor clients preferred • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a drive for success • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to work on a commission-only basis • Real estate or broker license information required • Applicants must be located in Washington, including the Seattle, Moses Lake, Spokane, or Bellingham areas, or in Idaho while servicing Washington
