📋 Description

• Lead mid- to large-size and complex consulting projects simultaneously • Lead Oracle SaaS requirements workshops and solution architecture and design discussions throughout the full lifecycle • Consult with clients using Oracle Cloud Applications expertise and industry best practices to provide cost-effective solutions • Lead implementation teams in creating overall technical and functional Enterprise Cloud solutions • Design PaaS extensions, write specifications for custom applications, and integrate them with Oracle Cloud Applications • Analyze current systems and data to identify requirements and needed enhancements • Lead, mentor, train, and guide Oracle Cloud applications teams • Map enterprise requirements to multiple Oracle SaaS applications • Resolve product implementation and integration obstacles using creative and innovative approaches • Develop and implement long-term client strategies • Act as primary client contact and communicate project progress, challenges, and changes • Engage stakeholders in estimation processes • Support business partners in presenting solution value to key stakeholders • Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers and negotiate contracts and agreements • Present business cases and quantify proposed solution benefits • Monitor implemented solution performance and recommend updates, upgrades, or modifications • Contribute to consulting practice growth and development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Engineering • MBA, relevant master's degree or PhD • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Oracle Functional consultant • 3+ years of experience in solution design for ERP cloud implementations • Expert-level experience as an Oracle Cloud Architect implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud implementation projects and upgrades • Experience with Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS), including Integration Cloud Service and Database Cloud Service • Knowledge and experience with Web Services, including SOAP and REST • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, designing business processes, managing CRPs, functional configuration, and ERP solution testing • Experience working with cross-border and diverse teams and projects • Understanding of corporate month-end close, consolidation, planning, or forecast management reporting requirements • Expert-level experience with one or more Oracle Cloud Applications: Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Project Portfolio Management Cloud, Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud, Oracle Manufacturing Cloud, or Oracle EPM Cloud • Experience guiding clients through business process improvements • Accounting experience including chart of accounts redesign, financial reporting, MultiOrg, and multi-currency • Ability to write functional specifications based on user requirements • Ability to independently handle client expectations • Willingness to travel as needed • Consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or strategic-level industry experience • Previous experience working in IT companies • In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and systems • Proficient written and verbal English communication • Exceptional complex project management skills • Business development and client acquisition skills • Ability to mentor and coach junior and mid-level consultants • Ability to interact effectively with senior client executives
