📋 Description

• Partner with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to capture operational requirements, user stories, and accounting logic • Translate business challenges into functional designs and Workday configurations • Configure, test, and maintain business processes, validation rules, condition rules, and custom notifications across Workday Financials • Create, validate, and execute Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) for mass accounting adjustments, customer invoices, asset additions, and periodic data maintenance • Evaluate new financial features and drive release readiness for Workday R1 and R2 biannual updates • Build scenario-based test scripts and execute regression testing • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve functional production tickets across financial modules • Identify root causes and configure sustainable fixes • Support month-end close operations

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on functional Workday Financials configuration and administration experience • Demonstrated experience configuring and supporting Workday Core Financials / GL, custom Worktags, and Business Process (BP) framework architecture • Hands-on functional configuration experience across multiple Finance modules, such as Accounts Receivable, Banking & Settlement, Procurement, Expenses, or Asset Management • Proficiency in creating, validating, and executing inbound/outbound EIBs • Strong financial data accuracy discipline • Experience utilizing calculated fields to support accounting logic and conditional BP routing • Solid understanding of general accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), financial period closes, and standard business-to-financial transaction workflows • Strong analytical problem-solving skills • Experience operating in an agile team/squad environment • Ability to collaborate effectively with Finance business partners
