📋 Description

• Develop and execute a statewide digital marketing and outreach strategy. • Create and manage multimedia content including videos, graphics, podcasts, and social media posts. • Maintain and update program websites in compliance with accessibility and performance standards. • Design marketing collateral such as flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials. • Support outreach events through targeted digital campaigns and promotional content. • Analyze digital performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize strategies. • Produce employment-focused digital tools for clients (e.g., video resumes, online portfolios). • Collaborate with recruiting and program staff to align messaging and outreach efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizen with the ability to pass a Federal background check • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or multimedia production
