📋 Description

• Handle AI-routed patient calls based on certified intents • Read AI-generated case information and screen-pop, identify the patient’s program stage, and complete the next step on the same call • Lead patient onboarding by phone or video • Explain remote monitoring and guide patients through unpacking, setting up, and connecting devices • Complete setup, education documentation, and medication reviews during onboarding calls • Conduct proactive outreach to patients who are behind on readings • Perform interactive communication calls to assess patient status and maintain eligibility • Prioritize outreach based on adherence status and campaign requirements • Coordinate with AI outreach to prevent duplicate patient contacts • Resolve inbound product, service, device, and account inquiries via phone, email, and chat • Process device replacements, re-shipments, and gateway re-links according to SOPs • Upon certification, call warm and hot leads on behalf of their doctors, handle objections, and enroll patients • Upon certification, manage conversations with patients at risk of disenrollment and resolve dissatisfaction • Document patient interactions, outcomes, and follow-ups in the EHR and CRM in real time, including billing requirements • Escalate clinical concerns, technical issues, and billing issues to appropriate teams • Meet or exceed daily and monthly productivity targets • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment • Promote Nsight Health’s values of positivity, patient-centricity, and innovation • Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Active Medical Assistant (MA) certification • Optimistic, energetic, and warm phone presence with a clear and confident speaking voice • Strong active listening skills and ability to adjust tone, pace, and approach in real time • Passion for patient engagement and education; ability to explain technical information clearly to individuals with varying technical literacy • Goal-driven and motivated to meet productivity targets • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to follow established SOPs, scripts, and documentation standards • Ability to manage approximately 100 or more patient contacts per day in a very high-volume environment • Proficiency using computers and multiple software applications simultaneously, including EHR, CRM, softphone, and chat • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment • High school diploma or equivalent • Demonstrated AI fluency; active use of tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or workflow automation in daily work • Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload • Hardwired internet connection required • Speed test submission required during the offer process • Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace • Mandatory attendance for the four-week training program • Preferred: service-industry or face-to-face customer experience • Preferred: bilingual in English and Spanish; proficiency is tested • Preferred: healthcare, patient education, telehealth, telephonic outreach, or remote patient monitoring experience • Preferred: sales, enrollment, or retention experience, including objection handling • Familiarity with common medical devices is preferred • Contact center experience is a plus but not required
