📋 Description

• Process prescription refill requests as directed by healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance • Prepare and maintain patient charts by accurately updating information in the electronic health records (EHR) system • Monitor and respond to patient portal messages with professionalism and compassion • Coordinate communication between patients and providers to ensure clear and timely information exchange • Schedule appointments • Coordinate referrals • Manage documentation • Support patients and work closely with healthcare providers in clinical and administrative responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant preferred • Strong organizational and communication skills • Comfort working with EHR systems and patient portals • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Patient-focused, reliable, and detail-oriented • Full-time W-2 employment • Availability Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (flexible), with a 30-minute lunch break
