📋 Description

• Treat patients through telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning activities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles • Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Provide evidence-based primary care to One Medical patients in coordination with primary care providers • Deliver virtual clinical care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification • In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Currently licensed in CA, OR, WA, AZ, or CO, with ability to obtain additional state licenses • For AZ: Must have > 8000 hours and be eligible for PA collaborative status • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday • Availability for shifts ranging from 6 am–5 pm PT through 1 pm–12 am PT • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Openness to feedback and reflection • Ability to navigate uncertain situations • Readiness to adapt behavior to meet patient needs • Authorization to work in the U.S. verified through E-Verify
