📋 Description

• Communicate with patients via phone, email, and compliant digital channels • Manage electronic medical records accurately and efficiently while maintaining privacy compliance • Assist with administrative workflows, documentation, and follow-up tasks as directed by the Practice Manager • Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers • Support practice operations through administrative tasks • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in a medical assisting or healthcare administrative role preferred • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with applicable patient care and administrative duties preferred • Demonstrated problem solving and workflow management skills required • Professional attitude toward patients and excellent, collegial working relationship with Steadman Clinic and hospital personnel involved in patient care • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMRs) and scheduling software • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively • Computer and EHR software proficiency
