📋 Description

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephone triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning activities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles • Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Provide evidence-based virtual medical care in concert with patients’ primary care providers • Support 24/7, 365-day virtual clinical care services

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) • Active NCCPA certification • Within the past 5 years, at least 2 years practicing as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages, or in urgent care/emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages • Currently licensed in VA, DC, or MD, with ability to obtain additional state licenses • For VA: autonomous practice required • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday • Availability for shifts ranging from 6am–5pm ET, 11am–10pm ET, or 1pm–12am ET • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues • Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to patient needs • Authorization to work in the United States, verified through E-Verify
