📋 Description

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles • Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Care for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year as part of One Medical’s Virtual Medical Team

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) • Active NCCPA certification • In the past 5 years, at least 2 years practicing as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine, seeing patients of all ages (0+) • At least 6 months of the required 2 years in primary care • Currently licensed in North Carolina, with ability to obtain additional state licenses • Must have PA Team-Based Practice status • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday • Ability to work shifts ranging from 6am–5pm EST, 11am–10pm EST, or 1pm–12am EST • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care
