📋 Description

• Treat patients through telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning activities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles • Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Provide evidence-based virtual medical care in concert with primary care providers • Care for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year as part of a team-based virtual medical team

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of a master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) • Active NCCPA certification • At least 2 years of Advanced Practitioner practice in the past 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), or in urgent care or emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Currently licensed in MD, DC, or VA, with ability to obtain additional state licenses • For VA: autonomous practice required • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday • Availability for shifts ranging from 6am–5pm ET, 11am–10pm ET, or 1pm–12am ET • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Openness to feedback and reflection • Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues • Readiness to adapt behavior to meet patient needs • Authorization to work in the U.S. verified through E-Verify
