📋 Description

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning activities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles • Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Provide evidence-based virtual medical care in concert with primary care providers for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of Master’s Degree in an accredited Physician Associate / Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) • Maintaining an active NCCPA certification • In the past 5 years, at least 2 years practicing as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Currently licensed in CA, OR, WA, AZ, or CO, with ability to obtain additional state licenses • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday • Ability to work current shifts ranging from 6am–5pm PST and 12pm–11pm PST • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
