📋 Description

• Monitor incoming Remote Patient Monitoring data, including blood pressure, glucose, pulse oximetry, and weight • Conduct routine patient outreach to encourage device adherence and reinforce proper measurement techniques • Document RPM-related patient interactions, device readings, adherence notes, and communications accurately and timely in the electronic health record • Complete delegated clerical and administrative tasks for nursing staff • Support patient engagement, care coordination, and quality outcomes • Report changes in condition to nursing or clinical staff according to established protocols • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, CMS RPM requirements, and organizational policies • Maintain a positive, patient-centered care culture • Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations • Perform other duties as assigned • Actively use AI tools in day-to-day clinical documentation and care coordination work • Work a 4-day week consisting of 10-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, including at least two weekends per month

🎯 Requirements

• Active Medical Assistant (MA) Certificate and/or proof of completion of a nationally accredited program • Passion for patient care, with empathy and compassion • Strong ability to educate patients effectively • Ability to work independently in a quiet, HIPAA-safe environment • Reliable, high-speed internet connection • Strong communication and organizational skills • Genuine curiosity about AI and comfort experimenting with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and workflow automation platforms • Judgment to know when AI helps and when it doesn't • Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload • Hardwired internet connection required • Speed test submission required during the offer process • Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace • Must be available to work rotating holidays throughout the year • Mandatory coverage of a minimum of two weekends per month • Must complete a mandatory 4-week training program, Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm Eastern Time • Preferred: Hands-on experience in tele-health and RPM • Preferred: Moderate to advanced computer skills
