📋 Description

• Maintain a personal billable rate of 75% • Log time accurately using Jira and Tempo • Communicate workload, task status, and blockers to managers and project managers • Serve as the primary functional and technical consultant for client implementations, asset lifecycle design, migrations, and systems integrations • Lead discovery sessions with marketing, creative, and IT stakeholders • Guide clients in evaluating and selecting DAM platforms • Support pre-sales through technical scoping, solution design, and platform evaluations • Gather requirements for DAM integrations with PIM, CMS, ecommerce, and creative workflow tools • Collaborate with and delegate work to DAM Specialists on configuration and deployment • Collaborate with development teams on systems integrations • Troubleshoot permissions, workflow automation, rendition, and integration issues • Tune configurations for performance and uptime as asset volume grows • Own technical specifications and architecture documentation for migrations, configuration, and integrations • Lead internal evaluations of emerging DAM technologies • Own and refine DAM delivery tools, migration and implementation methodology, and governance frameworks • Help create strategic roadmaps aligned with enterprise architecture • Evaluate and score new platforms and tools • Review configurations and integrations before launch • Drive change management initiatives for new DAM workflows and enhancements • Promote standardization and documentation for DAM workflows, integrations, and governance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Digital Media, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of a formal degree • Rutgers Digital Asset Management (DAM) Bronze Certificate or other DAM certifications a plus • 5+ years of DAM experience in consulting, in-house, or agency capacity • 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or systems architecture delivering DAM solutions • Experience managing multiple concurrent clients and workstreams in a professional services or digital agency environment • Experience leading in-person workshops and discovery sessions • Experience leading complex, multi-system implementations and integrations • Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including scoping, DAM platform evaluations, and technical proposal development • Proficiency with Jira and Tempo • Experience drafting system documentation, including technical requirements, metadata schemas, and asset lifecycle diagrams • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite and client leadership • Deep hands-on experience with one or more DAM platforms such as Aprimo, Bynder, Cloudinary, or Orange Logic • Experience with asset lifecycle automation, change management, and integrations • Knowledge of REST APIs and API-based data ingestion and asset delivery workflows • Ability to analyze and model large, complex datasets • Working knowledge of PIM, CMS, and ecommerce platforms • Working schedule in EST is preferred
