📋 Description

• Design the vision and implementation of data integration standards related to Epic and the enterprise • Create short-term tactical solutions supporting long-term data integration best practices • Collaborate with DVA IT and Epic on data governance, stewardship, and enterprise integration frameworks • Advocate for interoperability standards and establish best practices for data accuracy • Lead Epic interoperability initiatives across the enterprise • Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and development teams to establish integration standards and review solution designs • Oversee development of interoperability and Epic technology platforms and related support • Create data architecture standards, best practices, metadata, and data integration processes • Design and manage data exchange, transformation, and loading solutions, including file transfers, HL7, FHIR, and other exchange methods • Assist with planning, estimates, resource management, solution design, and stakeholder communication • Build relationships with business owners and architects to support enterprise data integration roadmaps • Oversee interoperability process development and review trading-partner solution designs • Recommend tools, software, applications, and systems supporting data technology goals • Coach, train, and develop members of the development team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 8-10 years of relevant experience • Experience designing and implementing Epic interoperability and integration solutions • Experience with HL7, FHIR, APIs, file transfers, and integration with enterprise applications
