📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers and prospects through evaluation, adoption, and expansion of the cybersecurity platform • Develop understanding of customer goals, challenges, and security requirements to align platform capabilities with outcomes • Lead demos, presentations, and technical storytelling for technical and executive audiences • Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic partners • Represent the company at industry events, panels, webinars, and field engagements • Develop enablement content, demos, videos, architectural diagrams, and training assets • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success • Provide product feedback and innovation insights to Product Management • Lead and support Proofs of Concept demonstrating technical and business value • Maintain knowledge of platform capabilities, beta features, enhancements, and cybersecurity best practices • Travel within the U.S. for customer engagements, industry events, partner meetings, and strategic field initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, networking, systems engineering, or related technical fields • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales roles • Proven experience working with technical decision-makers and executives in enterprise environments • Strong understanding of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Broad technical acumen across cybersecurity, cloud architecture, networking, AI, risk visibility, and IT modernization • Experience designing/architecting solutions in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-native environments • Ability to rapidly learn modern technologies and thrive in a fast-evolving cybersecurity landscape • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives • Proven experience and passion for public speaking, live demos, and customer education • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CEH, CCSP, Security+, CySA+, CISM, CISA, or other ISACA certifications; AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect; Kubernetes, DevOps, or Cloud Security specialization certifications • This position does not offer sponsorship for work permit applications or renewals; candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
