📋 Description

• Develop strategic partnerships with local, regional, and national employers, associations, and organizations • Identify future growth opportunities and key organizations within the assigned region • Represent Northbridge University at in-person and virtual events, conferences, education fairs, and webinars • Identify workforce needs and develop customized education, training, and partnership solutions • Build and execute account strategies • Serve as the primary liaison between external partners and internal departments/campuses • Maintain accurate CRM records • Increase university visibility, brand awareness, and student lead generation • Build relationships with community and workforce organizations • Recommend sponsorships and partnerships aligned with institutional objectives • Supervise the Outreach Admissions Representative to achieve conversion goals • Report to the VP of Strategic Business Development and Career Services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in higher education, workforce solutions, corporate education, or a related service environment • Demonstrated experience in partnership management, strategic selling, program coordination, and project management • Bilingual Spanish required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and CRM systems • Up to 60% regional travel • Must reside in Florida • Dedicated home workspace and reliable internet required • Ability to pass a background check and educational verification
