📋 Description

• Lead the day-to-day strategic management of a key client account delivering integrated Publications programs • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor • Navigate complex business conversations • Partner with Scientific Services, Editorial, Digital, Creative, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality scientific communications • Oversee account financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, profitability, resource planning, and organic account growth • Implement best practices, improve delivery processes, and lead strategic initiatives to enhance account performance • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Client Services team members • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture • Lead proposals, RFPs/RFIs, pitches, and onboarding of new business • Identify opportunities to expand existing client partnerships • Lead account strategy and planning using market insights and industry trends • Stay informed on Medical Communications, scientific publications, AI, and omnichannel engagement developments • Bring new ideas and strategic thinking to clients and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Client Services experience within a medical communications agency, with significant experience supporting Publications accounts • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior pharmaceutical clients and lead integrated scientific communications programs • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, forecasting, profitability, and organic account growth • Experience leading and developing Client Services teams and collaborating across Scientific Services, Editorial, Digital, and other cross-functional teams • Demonstrated success leading business development activities, including proposals, pitches, and expanding existing client partnerships • Ability to translate client objectives and market insights into Medical Affairs and Publications strategies • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills • Collaborative, solutions-focused approach • Passion for developing people and delivering exceptional client experiences
