📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic steward for clients and their journeys • Own client relationships, drive delivery, and unlock growth • Guide clients through onboarding, adoption, and renewal • Identify upsell, cross-sell, expansion, and new-use-case opportunities • Lead cross-functional initiatives, resolve issues, and advocate for client needs • Support Quarterly Business Reviews to showcase value and recalibrate objectives • Facilitate internal solutioning and help craft and deliver upsell proposals • Consult with new logo pursuit experts during solution proposing and contracting to ensure successful operational handoff • Sponsor and oversee upsell projects for timely, high-quality execution • Collaborate with delivery managers to ensure accurate billing, resource management, and compliance • Build relationships with product and IT experts regarding client impacts and offerings • Monitor account health and usage metrics to anticipate risks and drive retention • Communicate across stakeholders and influence internal priorities • Contribute to innovation efforts that enhance client experiences and internal innovation • Serve as escalation point for issues, feedback, and troubleshooting for contracted products and services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience or equivalent work experience • Strong management of multiple projects concurrently using excellent communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of tools • Probes for information and makes suggestions to stakeholders (customers and leaders) • Anticipates and recognizes potential conflicts, exposes disagreements, and resolves issues/problems • Anticipates the clients’ needs by establishing credibility and building relationships • Takes actions and/or switches to alternate strategies in order to achieve goals • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Seek out, establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and clients • Displays tenacity for getting things accomplished, with the appropriate level and sense of urgency • 20%+ travel requirement
