📋 Description

• Support Nucleus customers and own the customer experience and engagement • Guide customers in planning the use of Nucleus • Lead platform deployments and identify early wins • Drive operational use of the Nucleus Unified Vulnerability Management platform • Help customers architect, deploy, and adopt the Nucleus Platform • Integrate vulnerability scans across enterprise NetSec and AppSec scanners and pen tests • Support vulnerability management teams with vulnerability prioritization and workflow automation • Participate in “Go Live” kickoff engagements • Manage the design and architecture stage of Nucleus deployments • Manage stakeholders in large, complex projects implementing organization-wide transformation programs • Oversee deployment and configuration of Nucleus in customer environments • Help clients achieve project goals through project management and Python3 scripting • Manage customer expectations regarding timelines for new functionality • Provide product expertise and guidance for high-level vulnerability programs and vulnerability-management modernization • Collaborate with engineering and product teams on suggested features, processes, and product improvements • Develop collateral and tools to improve Customer Success operations • Identify growth opportunities in strategic accounts and collaborate with other teams to drive account growth

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Customer Success Manager specializing in Strategic/Major Accounts • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large, complex accounts with complicated timelines and deliverables • Understanding of how large enterprises operate in the context of security • Ability to learn traditional network vulnerability management • Ability to learn vulnerability management in application security, development pipelines, and cloud environments • Basic Python3 programming and scripting knowledge • Ability to learn the SANS Vulnerability Management Maturity Model • Background in vulnerability management in large enterprises • Understanding of vulnerability management processes • Experience working with executives to understand successful program requirements • Knowledge/experience with development pipelines • Experience working with Enterprise Application Security Architects, with an emphasis on vulnerability management/triage • Ability to manage stakeholders at a high level
