• Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound client inquiries • Conduct needs assessments to understand personal or business objectives • Recommend appropriate services • Guide clients through the onboarding process • Manage follow-up outreach and relationship-building activities • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or college degree preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build rapport quickly and guide conversations toward a clear next step • Self-motivated and organized • Comfortable working remotely • Previous experience in sales, business development, or client services is a plus
