📋 Description

• Respond to inquiries for medical records requests and payer audit requests • Assist patients with financial matters, insurance coverage, billing questions, and payment options • Address patient concerns and guide them through the financial aspects of healthcare services • Conduct benefit checks to determine insurance coverage and verify insurance plan eligibility and limitations • Review and process claims in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system according to billing guidelines • Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in claim submissions • Verify insurance coverage for scheduled appointments, procedures, and treatments

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting • Knowledge of medical records requests, medical billing, and coding processes and procedures • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and insurance verification software • Strong customer service and communication skills • Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in computer software applications, including Google Suite
