• Assist in managing product documentation and internal process documentation. • Write, edit, and format product documentation and internal process documentation. • Collaborate with technical teams to gather and research information about products and processes. • Review, fact-check, and refine AI-generated content.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Technical Writer, Documentation Specialist, or similar role. • Demonstrated experience using AI/LLM tools in a writing, editing, or publishing workflow. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly content. • Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field is preferred.
