📋 Description

• Research, write, and publish complete, accurate and easily usable policies and procedures • Collaborate with Compliance, Legal and HR to ensure compliance with laws and guidelines • Create, maintain, and archive policy and procedure documents • Coordinate with business/process owners to ensure documentation reflects accurate processes • Manage documentation approval process with compliance, senior management and SMEs • Establish and implement a formal process for policy and procedure requests • Maintain project management tracking for management reporting • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications or related field • Minimum of three (3) years of policy or technical writing experience • Mortgage servicing/banking experience preferred • Excellent verbal communication skills • Strong writing and editing skills • Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve effectively • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management • Ability to understand and assess business needs and requests • Strong time management, organization and attention-to-detail • Ability to multi-task effectively while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines and with minimum supervision • Capable of using diplomacy and negotiation in dealing with business stakeholders • Ability to adapt to change • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office (including but not limited to Word, Excel and Powerpoint), Adobe Acrobat, screen capture software, and content management systems • Experience with MadCap Flare is a plus
