📋 Description

• Provide technical delivery as a project lead and technical resource for mission critical commissioning projects with minimal supervision • Complete assignments requiring independent judgment and evaluation • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project team members • Develop and maintain client relationships • Develop project relationships that build goodwill with existing clients and collaborate with management to extend client relationships • Develop and manage commissioning plans, procedures, checklists, test scripts, and schedules for Level 1 through Level 5 commissioning activities • Perform technical reviews of mechanical and plumbing design documents and submittals • Lead onsite teams performing functional performance tests on mechanical and plumbing systems • Provide project management and coordination to meet client expectations for technical excellence, budget, and schedule

🎯 Requirements

• 10 years or more of progressive experience in building systems commissioning • At least 3 years of mission critical facility experience • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Experience diagnosing and solving construction and operational problems • Ability to work as part of a team, think creatively, and problem solve • Working knowledge and experience of electrical systems • Willingness to travel 75% or more as national-level projects dictate
