📋 Description

• Develop and coordinate a comprehensive global risk and compliance framework aligned with NVIDIA’s strategic objectives • Guide and direct a team of compliance professionals to maintain adherence to applicable regulations and standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks across business units • Build and implement risk assessment programs and continuously improve risk management processes • Advise senior leadership on risk and compliance topics and risk mitigation strategies • Execute compliance programs, including policy development, training, and audits • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve risk and compliance efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD or equivalent experience in Information Security, Computer Science, Cyber Security Engineering, or MBA • 15+ overall years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field • At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role • Proven track record developing and implementing global risk and compliance strategies in a digitally focused environment • Outstanding leadership skills and ability to lead a diverse group of professionals • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards concerning risk and compliance • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience influencing collaborators at all levels • Proactive and ambitious approach with dedication to continuous improvement and excellence
