📋 Description

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all collaborators • Understand high- and low-level technical architecture, facilitate debate, and drive decisions on appropriate solutions • Ensure company requirements are produced to standard promptly • Develop and present comprehensive technical solutions to customers • Communicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners • Lead complex installations and report and advance observed problems to proper operational partner concern points • Handle communication of project changes and release notices to customers • Document technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely • Handle projects through the project lifecycle from aspiration to production

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience) • 7+ years of experience in project delivery management • Minimum five years of experience in providing field services and/or customer support for hardware & software products • In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with customers • Leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams • Communication and presentation/oral skills • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with limited supervision • Experience leading global projects • Willingness to work irregular hours as required • PMP Certification is a way to stand out • Experience with AI and GPU infrastructure deployment is a way to stand out • HPC clustering or data-center technologies experience is a way to stand out
