📋 Description

• Enable delivery teams to adopt agile practices and perform development activities • Establish processes for managing a portfolio of work using agile approaches • Drive strategic organizational change to support adoption of agile techniques • Embed an agile culture using techniques from a range of agile and lean methodologies and frameworks • Use coaching, advising, workshops, and mentoring to help teams and stakeholders apply relevant tools and techniques • Enable stakeholders to access accurate, current project and program status without disrupting delivery teams • Apply appropriate tools and techniques to team roles, behaviors, structure, culture, agile ceremonies and practices, and knowledge transfer and sharing • Support program management, cross-team coordination, and governance of digital service delivery • Ensure that key metrics and requirements supporting teams and delivery are well defined and maintained • Equip staff with the skills and ability to coach others • Coach executives on the fundamental considerations of digital service delivery design when assigned at the organizational level

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of relevant experience directly related to the agile coaching duties and responsibilities described above • Experience enabling agile delivery, establishing agile portfolio processes, and supporting organizational adoption of agile and lean practices • Ability to coach and mentor teams and stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and develop staff members’ coaching capabilities • Experience supporting delivery metrics, requirements, status visibility, cross-team coordination, and governance • Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach certification or equivalent • Undergraduate degree required • SECRET security clearance
