📋 Description

• Administer database schemas and objects, including design, creation, maintenance, and operational support in a client/server environment • Coordinate with Infrastructure DBAs to project long-range requirements for database schema administration and design • Conduct schema quality control and audits to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data and permissions • Advise users on access to client/server databases and support access methods meeting user requirements • Design, implement, and maintain complex schema objects, addressing access time, device allocation, validation checks, data organization, protection, security, documentation, and statistical methods • Apply database technologies, development methodologies, and programming languages such as SQL to support database solutions • Perform database programming and support systems design across relevant operating systems and programming environments

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of progressive experience with database platforms and query languages such as Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Server, and Microsoft Access • At least three years of hands-on experience and expertise in database schema management • Experience working across various operating systems and using additional programming languages • Experience on at least two projects in a large organization involving the administration, operation, maintenance, and security of a large-scale computer database • Secret security clearance • IT-II – Critical Sensitive sensitivity level • IAT II information assurance certification • OCA18 or a relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority • Experience with database technologies, development methodologies, and programming languages such as SQL
