📋 Description

• Lead technical topics and activities for NX Filtration in North America • Own technical inquiries from customers, OEMs, EPCs, consulting engineering firms and end users • Manage customer and partner accounts from a technical perspective • Lead technical discussions, customer presentations, product demonstrations and training sessions • Support the sales team with technical evaluations, proposals, presentations and customer engagements • Prepare projections, evaluate water analyses and operating conditions, and provide technical recommendations • Serve as the key technical link between the North American organisation and NX Filtration headquarters • Oversee the North American pilot fleet and coordinate pilot maintenance, servicing and deployment • Support pilot and full-scale installations, commissioning, start-up, operator training and performance evaluations • Provide field engineering and troubleshooting support during pilot and full-scale project execution • Act as primary technical contact for OEMs, EPC contractors, consulting engineers and end users • Coordinate closely with NX Filtration's technical teams in the Netherlands • Travel regularly throughout North America

🎯 Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Technology or a related field • Experience in water treatment, membrane filtration or process engineering • Knowledge of water treatment processes and membrane technologies • Experience with system installation, commissioning and technical troubleshooting • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Customer-focused, hands-on and self-driven mindset • Willingness to travel frequently throughout North America
